QuartEd String Quartet
Quart-Ed is a string quartet of music educators trained together at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music.
They aim to create interactive performance programs that inform, educate and entertain. Through their work they strive to share all forms of string music, presenting popular, film, jazz, folk and Australian contemporary works alongside art music.
Quart-Ed has shared music with a variety of students at primary schools, ranging from regional NSW, special needs, low SES to international schools.
They have played around Australia and were featured at the Sydney VIVID light festival.
They continue to create and perform programs and are constantly looking to expand their repertoire, resources and to reach more students through the joy and power of music.
